£900 elctro-acoustic guitar arrived without a truss rod wrench. Phoned to request one. Had to wait a long time on phone to speak to someone. Wrench did not arrive. |Phoned again more than a month later but waiting time timed out so spoke to no-one. Tried this twice with same result then gave up. Tried again 2 days later . First time on option 3 timed out. Tried again on option 1 and after 10 mins waithing eventually spoke to someone. The wrench arrived a day or so later
