Phoned their support line to confirm it was in fact in stock and was told it was so ordered online. The advisor on the phone was very helpful and offered to help me purchase it over the phone but I felt more comfortable ordering online. Payment was simple and checking out was easy and fast. ordered a synth which showed to be instock on the website and ready for next day delivery. was told after payment that it was not in stock and would have to be ordered. was told i would receive it no later than a weeks time, this date was not met and when it finally arrived it appears to be an ex display model with oily stains on it and clearly used keys.
