The Panasonic TEA 308 telephone PBX and hand unit worked well. No problem programming PBX (but I do have software) Handset worked great with this unit - fully functional so would expect no problems programming with it. Delivery was prompt. No problems so cannot comment on after care.

Goods arrived a little later than expected, but on the whole I'm very pleased with my first purchase from PMC Telecom. Shame there's no consignment tracking facility on the website.

I needed a desk phone with a headset - I chose a BT CONVERSE 2100 with the JPL JAC Binaural Noice Cancelling Office Headset. Nothing wrong with the BT unit - except the 'Amplify' feature does NOT work when the headset is being used. The headset is cheaper & lesser quality - and if I get 12mths use out of it I'll be amazed. Not particularly comfortable; ear pads are a silly size (I know they're not Bose quality) but they could be bigger - they certainly do not noise cancel. Appreciate none of this is PMC's fault - but if I had known the faults with the mic/headset I would not have purchased. Disappointed, all in all

ordered the agent phone and headset for working with arise uk. Fantansic service and product arrived within a few days, excellent company will definently use them again

Very helpful customer services - made sure I got the right bottom cords for our headset order, very confusing otherwise. Fast delivery and good price in comparison.

The original part was sent out quickly but did have a slight problem. I reported this and got a very helpful and immediate response. A replacement part was sent out with no fuss. Would use again and definitely recommend.
