PMC Telecom inspected the phone that I ordered prior to posting it and found a fault, they offered me a substitute which was new and worth a lot more, for the same price. It was properly boxed too.
Service and product knowledge were first class. Communications for step by step invoice, payment procedure, shipping and awb procedure all ran smoothly. Product was delivered to Dubai promptly.

The headset works and I received helpful advice about my purchase. It arrived quickly and I was given accurate information about the date and time of arrival.
This throat mic and earpiece combo is great! The clarity when receiving is excellent as expected, I have been told the throat mic is crystal clear during the transmissions. The main advantage I found and really liked is that you don't have to wait for background noise to subside (as tested during an Air Show). It was such a success that the organisation will be purchasing a lot more for future events!

I sought the advice of the Technical team at PMC Telecom, about a problem with one of the handsets of a pair of obsolete Panasonic cordless phones.
