Quick and easy to order, but unfortunately have not used it yet as we got our other phone working, but will be keeping this one, also we had to send for a wall bracket from another company as it didn't come with a bracken even although it said wall mountable.

I needed to find a replacement base station for our aging SL785 system. It was fried in a recent electrical storm. PMC Telecom joined me in an online chat on their website and provided technical support in identifying the Gigaset N300A IP DECT Base With Answering Machine as being able to support my old SL78h handsets. Great service online and backed up with speedy delivery too. Better still the new base station works as promised.

From the moment I contacted one of their staff I could tell if got in touch with the right company, not only was I recommend a corded and cordless set up that for the record does everything I needed it to and more, so thank you for that, but was also a substantial saving on the telephone system that a 'door to door' sales company said I needed!! Thanks again!! After placing my order I was a happy man, I'd saved some cash, had a real nice, informative conversation, where I was told about several suitable options, then was surprised by my package arriving a day earlier than I anticipated!! Excellent service. The item I first requested was discontinued. The company contacted me straight away, selected a suitable replacement, which was cheaper, and despatched it immediately I put the second order in. Arrived safely and on time. Excellent service ordered a corded phone online but when i recieved it i reliazed it was not wall mountable so i rang them up and was told to send the phone back and they would resend me a wall mountable one. The chap Alex was really polite and efficient and recieved the phone the very next day
