If you would like to save time, avoid fixing things and not get scammed, then just do everything yourself. Everything that needed to be done, they did wrong and I had to do it by myself. They were supposed to set up several accounts - they used the wrong names, I had to fix them. They were supposed to provide a meter reading for the electricity supplier - they didn't do it, I got a crazy bill, had to call the provider, and ended up paying one huge bill for several months. Finally, they helped with setting the broadband and what? They told me I couldn't pass a credit check, thus they proposed a slightly more expensive broadband without a credit check (slightly means £50 instead of the £20 I pay now) and this is fine. BUT the contract was forcing me to buy a device that costs £300!!! What can this router do, it has 10 km of coverage!? Terrible scammers. I just went to my nearest internet provider and they were so happy to sell me their broadband. Overall, highly not recommend.
They messed up every single account: - One account had the wrong last name - Registered with the wrong provider for electricity and gas - Still no news for the council tax You will save more time doing things by yourself instead of correcting their mistakes.

While the agent on the phone was pleasant and helpful, they mis-sold us internet and listed my husband's name incorrectly on our council tax. They sold us a 5G router when no 5G is available in the area. We are now having to get my husband's name corrected on the council tax registration. Would have been simpler, faster and cheaper to just do this ourselves.
They were able to contact British Gas during the time when their phone lines were shut off for weeks and got my electricity registration in a new apartment sorted out within two weeks despite multiple setbacks caused by British Gas.
Saved me the headache of setting up several services/utilities while moving. The friendly advisor gave some useful advice. Got a better deal on broadband than I would've gotten otherwise. And the service is completely free.
