Please Connect Me has been supporting me in the setup of my utilities, and it has been great. In our introductory call, my agent set "checkpoints" after every explanation to check for questions and ensure none were left unanswered, which I really appreciated. The summary of the call I was sent via email was also very useful.

Good luck to you if any of your utilities give you any issues, as you will not be able to reach anyone and their lack of responsiveness is astonishing. The Connectivity team in particular has been the most frustrating. A call was scheduled with no invite sent, so I had no idea what number they would try to call, and I emailed twice with the correct number and tried calling their office line, but got no response until later when I was told they had no time to speak with me regarding my serious issues with our internet. We've tried calling and emailing for support on other issues, and only get impersonal responses via email with people whom we've previously spoken when trying to set up our accounts.

I have had a truly outstanding experience with Please Connect Me. The overall utility setup (electricity, water, council, broadband) plus guidance (TV licensing, insurance, cleaning services, smart metering etc.) took less than 30 minutes. Many thanks to Pearl Agbonkonkon who had answers to all of my questions readily and made the process smooth, effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone.
