Just moved to the UK with my wife as part of a work transfer, and the admin required was bewildering. PCM luckily sorted out a bunch of that admin on my behalf, a helpful call from a consultant and within a few days I'd gotten internet, a letter from my power company, council and insurance provider as setup by PCM. Great stuff!

They recommend expensive bad products. The router I purchased from them is expensive and so is the package offered. I’m paying £49 per month for broadband only which constantly disconnect. There’s no issue with using the SIM card on my phone so it’s clearly the router they recommend that’s having faulty. I don’t get any help even though it’s under warranty when I raised the issue to them. I observed my friend encountering the same where they recommend purchasing router instead of cable connection which is already available at the flat. I’m definitely avoiding PCM at all cost! Update @ 28/6/2023: Owen from sales team came forward and resolved my issue within days. He exchanged a new router for me with no cost and revisited my contract to make up for the multiple disruptions. Owen is easy to work with and prioritises customer experience seriously. He's also committed in ensuring the same for all customers and is open to discuss about areas of improvement. Upon checking, recommendations given to my friend was tailored to the specific requirements listed hence was the best available option at the moment.

My "connections expert", Bryn L. talked me through various options and was knowledgeable and very helpful. Not pushy, he followed through with what he said he would and did so in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Please Connect Me as it made the paperwork for my move so much easier.

Very happy with the service. I just had a short form to fill and quickly received a response by email to arrange for a call with one of Please Connect Me's experts. Erin was very friendly and walked me through all the utilities she could help me setup for my move: water, gas, electricity, council tax, broadband, you name it. She then sent me a report with all the best deals for my situation so I could review the options and pick my favourite. All I had to do after that was sharing my details and in no time all my accounts were setup for me. I would recommend Please Connect Me to anyone moving houses, not having to go through multiple utilities setup was a major source of stress out of the way!

Dontez was my point of contact. He shared detailed information about all the utilities right on time. He reached out to all the different utilities provider and made sure I get the right services. I am happy with all the help from Dontez and would definitely recommend it to others.

Less responsibility, Avoid this. My company hires a sub-company for handling my mobility, finally " Please connect me " were chosen for my moving into a new flat. After moving into new flat since Jun17th 2022. I have not got council tax bills, Electricity bill is still with the previous owner's name. After chasing with a polite email, no progress. I have to do everything by myself and they just replied me that .... " you have to do by yourself " Silly that we pay for that. The shame of this service. I think I contact with please connect me, not please leave me !!!!! Horrible, stay away. Poor service.
