Had a problem activating the pinwheel. Mode was stuck in nothing. They did an update on their end and everything works good. Customer chat is fast and efficient. Thank you.

I really love this phone for my 11 year old. I had a recent issue (most likely my own user error) and cuddle service gladly fixed it for me! So far the product and the customer service has been great!

Excellent customer service and assistance!! We upgraded my daughter’s Pinwheel phone to the Plus model. Everything was done via text messaging. The help was friendly and extremely fast. We love Pinwheel and the amazing costumer service!!

My kid put a passcode on his phone and he couldn't remember it. I ended up doing a factory reset on the phone which wipe the pinwheel app off the phone. I panicked and started a live chat with the pinwheel team thinking I may be out of luck-but it was worth a shot to contact them. The team was super responsive and helpful. They helped me troubleshoot through the entire process with ease. The pinwheel app is successfully back on the phone! So thankful for the wonderful & kind tech support team.

The thought and development that went into this service is top of the line. I would not be comfortable giving my teen a phone without a service like this one. I had Gabb prior to switching to Pinwheel, but my daughter needs certain apps and Gabb does not offer any apps. I have a lot more options with pinwheel than I did with Gabb. I love how I can set schedules for the phone to help my teen manage her phone use. I have spoken with customer support a couple of times and they are very helpful and quick to reply. the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the device restricts the service in our area to t mobile which isn't as good as some other providers. but otherwise a great product!

We love their phones and their service! I have had no bad experiences with this company. My autistic teenage son gets to be more independent and communicate safely with friends because of this company. Whenever we have run into any hiccups the customer service and support have been stellar and friendly. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Daughters phone stopped working - couldn't send/make calls or texts. Julia O helped me troubleshoot the problem. She was patient and professional. We managed to fix it in less than 10 mins.

I had ordered a screen protector for our pinwheel slim phone, but was disappointed to find that it did not fit the phone. I contacted them via text and JM was extremely helpful with immediate response. It turns out that the G50 size is outdated and the slim phones are now only compatible with the G50 plus. No problem because JM had them ship out the G50 protector and I didn’t even have to return the incorrect ones I received. I love this type of customer care that is fast, courteous, resolves the problem and all via text so I don’t have to hang out waiting on a customer phone line! Hands down best customer experience ever.

I had to change my daughter's password on google to stop her from accessing her email (due to inappropriate emails). After a few months she asked if she could have google hangouts back on her phone. When I added the app, it wouldn't let her use it because the phone remembered the old password. Chen in customer service talked me through deleting the google account and signing in with a new one. Thank you Chen!!
