My biggest issue is you say unlimited pics and stuff but yet I tried sending some and then went to send the rest and it says I gotta wait for the first ones to be delivered so now it's gonna take much longer before they can receive them which sucks bad

I had purchased the wrong thing and so I emailed pigeonly and asked them to take a look at my pending orders to make sure I purchased the right thing and they emailed me the next day to tell me I was refunded all my money because I didn't need pay till after my free trial is done. I was very surprised and grateful for their help.

Best way to keep loved ones up to date with pics & letters from family an friends. Phone calls are extremely high in price range & now days its really hard when your budget is already stretched to the max.

I did a free trial back in MARCH 2021 and immediately cancelled with proof of cancellation via email. They charged me $39.99 over 21 times in January. OVER $1,200 in fraudulent charges taken out of my account. 21 separate charges! This doesn't feel like a mistake. It feels criminal ans I've filed a report with my bank, the BBB, emailed them, and looking into legal action. This is grounds for a class action lawsuit based on these other reviews. Edit: they claimed to reverse charges saying it would appear back in my account in 3-5 days. It's been weeks and nothing. Disputed with Visa and reported to Nevada Attorney General.

I love this. It’s so easy to send my fiancé letters and greeting cards and photos. She loves getting letters from me and I work long hours it so easy for me then to handwrite a letter. Thank you so much

At first I had problems with this site ONLY because the county jail my friend was at, didn't allow anything bigger than a 4×6 photo, so the cards from this site, wouldn't get thru. And the jail required inmate's name & # on back, so photos wouldn't get thru either. But then Pigeonly ran a HOLIDAY DEAL for Christmas AND I found a coupon code so I got a 3 month subscription for a great price! Using Pigeonly now to send letters, cards, photos & web articles to my friend in prison (CA) and it's totally worth it. You can send one of those I listed about every 4 days, once one gets delivered, you can process another one. I haven't used the phone services though so I can't say anything to that

Still pissed because they charged my card several times and all together almost $200. After A LOT of work I got most it back. But lost quite a lot trying to call them from Sweden. And the conversation rate that had changed

Like many others, they billed me $39.99 multiple times months after I terminated my relationship with them. They sent fabricated evidence to my credit card company when I disputed.

I cancelled my account back in October 2021. Since then I have been charged $39.99 up to 8 or 9 times a day. I have contacted them several times & nothing has been done.

Just like the other close to 200 reviews of fraud and charging they did it to me. More than 20 charges in two days some including refunds all the day before I was to travel. This issue has been going on it looks like before October so they had 4 or 5 months to fix their system error or should have unplugged their computer, cancelled their payment processing company, deleted their payment module and learned but they still continue. It must be a great job to go home knowing they are ruining lives of others. I've been on hold with the supervisor for 30 min and no response after they are "looking in to it". I'm sure they will reply with a generic sorry this happened please call this number message. I honestly cant believe people want to work for this company.

FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!! They charged my card $39.99 5 times the day before Christmas!!!!! I canceled my subscription with them over a year ago and this is not the first time they’ve charged me AFTER the subscription. Every couple of months these people charge my card different amounts and then when I call they apologize and say they will refund but never do!!!!

6 charges !!!! Charges were taken from my account this morning.$200!!!!!! I haven't used your services since April. This is disgusting you have allowed this to happen to anyone! We use/used your services to make out love ones lives a little more bareable whilst inside. Then steal from us?!!! I want refunded!!! Edit :I have already contacted you and have had no reply my bank is looking into the fraudulent payments. It appears this is something you guys do regularly. This also happened to my friend who has an account with you after some investigation!!

Pigeonly has begun charging my account AGAIN, over 10 months since I cancelled my subscription with them for poor service. In the summer they charged me over $140 and over the last week they have charged me another $120. Do NOT use this company unless you want to spend hours on the phone disputing their fraudulent charges.
