I really like it. It's not like some other sites that ripe you off. It's cheap,easy, and the message gets to my loved one right away.

I don't feel the site is very clear about how letters and postcards etc. work. If I had known you just print out and mail them I would have done it myself to make it more personal. However everything else is a easy and needed service

I wish there was a way to check the balance on the account and better information on how to use the credit.

First of all this is all new. I was confused by what this service is. Once I figured it out. The girl I spoke with was very helpful. This is a difficult situation for families, and your associate was very patient explaining how it would work.
