I have had nothing but good things to say this is a very good program you have going on . I can't give you 5 stars because there is always room for growth but your as close to perfect as you can get!

My pictures order has yet to go thru I don’t understand and there is really no explanation

I paid $35 for them to send out a letter I could have easily sent myself for what 50¢.....My fault for not reading the fine print..I understand they have to pay a fee for the phone. I assumed that was probably part of the $35. I was wrong..I have asked over and over what it includes with no answer...I just feel like it is a scam...If anyone has any positive input, I would greatly appreciate it...

I want to be able to phone and I can't get that to work. My letter is taking a long time to arrive when it is online.

So far it's been good... I am hoping that all the bad reviews I read are not true because there we're allot more bad reviews than good actually I only read a few good reviews

Sending a letter was so easy..But using your system to post money is a joke..Have been trying for a week..

This website sucks it does not tell you you can only send one letter a month and then it takes 4 days for them to even process it and then another 5 days for them to get to the jail sucks sucks sucks,

I truly love this site! You don't have many choices when it comes to sending cards to your loved ones who are incarcerated and this is an approved site. With all the regulations and stipulations with receiving mail, especially cards, this site is approved and the quality from what I am told is amazing! I love that I can upload my own photos to create a card not to mention the ability to add my own signature to it which gives the cards an added touch of love! Thank you Pigeonly for this amazing site! The monthly subscription for unlimited use gives me the ability to send a card everyday to my loved one!!!!!

This service is way too expensive for me to get so many “error! Call customer support” messages. Not being able to send one thing until another has been delivered. Um no. I want to be able to send a letter every day. This is my last month with the service if it doesn’t change. Also the limit of 40 pics sent at a time is ridiculous when it takes two weeks to be delivered. Get it together.

I love your app never had a major problem I think it's great could use more card selections an use some pic on post card but it's still great thank you

I have done many pictures and letters through pigeonly. It's usually very quick. This last order was ridiculously easy to long from the time I did my pictures to the day that were shipped out. Was very disappointed it took so long.

This is a great way to keep your inmate in the loop and what's going on in the world it's the best and easiest way to write to them and not have to worry about postage and stamps and what have you I would give them a five however there's always room for improving somewhere keep up the good work

It was quick and easy and most of all it helps to let someone that is incarcerated know that they are still loved

Excellent service to use and the ease of use was very nice compared to other sites. I liked the post card and adding a pic option that was a nice touch love your endearing nature you add to your business

I didn't like that they had a free subscription It came with a post card and letters. So I sent a post card but I was also gone send a letter to but it said i have to wait for a month to send another letter for free.

Love that for $34.99 for 3 months I can send so many pix to my husband right from my phone and I can send them often. I can send him lots of letters. I enjoy making him greeting cards with pictures as well. I love hand writing letter too don’t get me wrong but if and when I don’t have paper I can just hop on my phone and still write him a letter. I like that you can attach pix as well. That is nice. I love sending my hubby mail every week and as much as I want and like. He loves getting all this mail from me too.
