The quality of my previous dog bed purchases was so outstanding - I decided to purchase three more larger ones. The website needs to be more flexible for orders and shipping of large orders. The dog beds all have been of superior quality and easy to maintain. The internal "water-resistant" bag needs to be stronger - they tear after twice taking off the exterior cover. The cat beds are not as lovely as they look on the website. I tried three different styles. One made these crunching sounds which freaked out my cats! One was claustrophobic for a normal to small size cat. I donated them to our local animal shelter and kept the one which they seem to love.

This bed is the best one we have purchased, very hard wearing . So we have purchased a replacement cover to use whilst the original is being laundered. All top quality. Highly recomended

I bought 2 of the armadillo beds from this company advertised as ‘robust’... my 9 month old puppy destroyed it in less than 2 hours. Dangerous product! I tried to get the other bed returned but the company were incredible awkward and unhelpful. The resolution took fighting and constant reminder of consumer rights as their ‘company policy’ was, I felt, discriminatory. I would NOT recommend or buy from these people ever again.

Have the mats on our motorhome seats. No worries about wet dogs jumping up. Nice and comfy for us to sit on too

Web site is little confusing... and frustrating i feel it was more luck what i ordered was correct.... viewing your dog blankets was ok but the selecting size just caused me a moment of stress as took me too beds section which had sizes but more pillow size.

This is the second scruffs dog bed i have brought,the first was from a pet shop five years ago and is still ok. The second bed Insect shield dog bed is the first direct buy from scruffs,and again a very good bed my jack russell loves it and its made in the Uk,an other plus.I would tell all my fellow dog owner what great beds they are,well done scruffs.

Never got my item and I didn't get an explanation. I did get my refund with no problem
