Excellent dog beds - all our dogs love them. We have spare covers, so it’s easy to keep them clean too.

I was very pleased with Pets Love Scruffs. I ordered a replacement cover for my labradors' bed and we both love it! It came within a few days and the quality is excellent. Will definitely use this company again.

2 weeks and no parcel and nobody is coming back with an update or refund

I’m a small local business and am only giving 2 stars due to being nice. I placed an order for a customer last year and received bad quality products which I had to return and leaving my customer angry. I tried to use them again a few weeks ago I ordered them there and then with the customer and it said it would be with me in two days. During the online sale It somehow charged me full price but trade. I queried this the next day and instead of giving me a refund of the extra amount they cancelled the order without asking and told me to order again. They told me I would still have it the following day even though it was a Saturday as the customer was coming for it. The product showed up 4 days later.

Very disappointed with the quality of the Dog Bed purchased workmanship very poor stitching on all seams came undone within two hours of my Cocker Spaniel laying on it and moving around (Not chewing!?) to get comfortable.. result was the filling became exposed and the bed disintegrated!! Very disappointed

Our Yellow Labrador absolutely loves her new bed. She can't get enough of it and sleeps very and peacefully deeply when she's in it. We wanted something with minimal environmental impact so it's perfect. Thank you.

We needed some new covers for our dog beds, for our "grumble" of rescue Pugs and Spaniel.Beds originally bought from a discount store so we suspected no longer made by Scruffs. Jennifer at Scruffs was so helpful, did some research, and found very superior velour covers that fit perfectly. Very happy dogs, rolling and playing on new covers for Christmas, and delighted owners.These are the best beds we have EVER found, having rescued about 2O dogs so far! Thank you all at SCRUFFS

Great product and delivery

Although I wasn’t able to order the replacement cover for my Scruffs dog bed on line, when I rang, the person I spoke to was very helpful & I was able to order & pay with no problem. The cover arrived quicker than expected. I will definitely be using pets love scruffs again.

The first dog basket was lost by the delivery company. Upon contacting Customer Service they investigated and arranged for a replacement to be sent ASAP. Very efficient, understanding and acted quickly
