The products are great and packaged well but the delivery too long to arrive. I ordered on the 27th of October and they arrived on the 7th of November. Most items that you order online from the UK comes within two to three days. Oonagh
Brilliant service, I ordered a dog bed on the Saturday and it arrived in 3 days, that was with the free delivery. The beds are great, hard wearing and long lasting (had my other one for about 6 yrs) and they have loads of support for skinny greyhounds.

I got the wrong cover and wrong size and dont believe that is what I ordered. Interesting that that cover has now sold out. Telephoned the office. Little help and ignored my second email. Not impressed.

I purchased the Scruffs ArmourDillo bed after reading quotes like “This near-impregnable 1680 Denier ballistic material maximises the beds resilience against scratching and chewing.” On the website, however after purchasing for my 3 month old puppy, me and my children were horrified after returning to catch the puppy chewing on the inside foam, within a couple of hours of receiving his new bed. I was told to take the bed back to the seller for refund, no compensation or gesture of good will for having to return the item, children’s upset or the potential harm to the puppy’s welfare was made. I am extremely disappointed in this product and the customer service I have received.

Brought our little dog a new bed. We have had these beds before so we were aware of the quality, which is very good. The bed is so soft, our little loves it. The delivery was also very good.
