Items ordered were dumped into my garden , open to the rain and available to anyone driving past instead of being delivered to my porch.

We ordered a bed for a dog crate online and on arrival it was too small (my fault in measuring). I went back to the local Petmania shop in Kilkenny and returned it. The staff were very helpful with the refund and as they did not have the required size in stock I ordered the larger size online.
We always get our dog groomed at Petmania. The staff are always mindful of my dog's needs. He comes home looking fabulous and with his tail wagging.

Got my dog Lola Groomed,so happy with the result,I could see straight away that she was given the best care and professional attention,her coat,ears,eyes and paws were all groomed and she was cut to her exact coat type,her nails were cut and her coat was so soft,and she smelt amazing…The lady that groomed her was very gentle and kind to her(just a pity I never got her name)Thank you so much at Petmania we will definitely be back.
You have asked me to rate your performance, well guess what, the goods have not even arrived! Very slow to deliver and no info on when to even expect the pet beds.
