Very bad service PETMANIA JETLAND LIMERICK, I brought my dog to be groomed and was phoned 10 mins later to say my dog was too nervous, we have used this groomers numerous times before I think because it was so late in the day they didn’t want to bother doing the groom my partner got off work early also to bring our dog to his appointment and was half way back to work and had to go back and collect our dog I will never use these groomers again such an inconvenience is all this was and to be phoned in that manner and not even an apology I’m appalled.

It was quick, well packed, my cats love the food (Gain, fish food), and so as the dog. However, the man who delivered it, slammed the door from the porch so hard that he has broken the glass. He didn’t even bother to ring the bell. Anything you could do about it for the next time, would be greatly appreciated! Thank you, Marketa Malcova

Did not receive the product I ordered, will be returning EDIT: Niamh in Customer Care immediately fixed this issue, offered to arrange collection of the dog food I’d received and refunded me straight away. I also received the correct order in the post a few days later. Great customer service, will be shopping there again.
