I stood at the checkout, along with two other customers for over 5 minutes before someone came to serve us. It took another 10 minutes before they could find my Click and Collect item which I eventually found myself on the shelf and pointed out to them. It defeated the purpose of the Click and Collect Service. It wasted my entire lunch break from work.
