Ordering was easy but your courier company GLS have a lot to be desired
I have to say for me today, it was 100% the staff. I cannot praise them enough for their help and advice in Clonard Retail Park, Wexford today. Simply because of both staff members, (a blonde girl and her co-worker James, who I think was the manager), I will definitely be returning again and again.

Please note, that my low score is due to the delivery by GLS. My experience with Petmania was and always is spectacular. Petmania; ease to order. Convenient, easy. Decent prices for this day and age. Great box my order came in and my cats are adoring. GLS; horrible service. Absolutely no updates on their website for parcel tracking. Their replies to emails and messages are three days after an email is sent. There is no notification by phone or text that your order is at your home. They just leave it at your door and don't let you know it is there. Because you use GLS for your delivery service, I can't justify ordering from you any longer Petmania. Please let me know when you allow me to choose a different method of delivery and I'll order again.
I can pick out what I want from the Petmania web sight, read all about the suitably of what I want for example a chew toy for my 9 week old Goldern Reriver. Pay for my item and wait for conformation when I can click and collect. It couldn't be simpler. Also the Petmania consumer line is excellent.
The staff are very nice, very affectionate with my dog , they do a great job and they are all extremely professional.
