Ordered 2 bottles of shampoo that was delivered, both bottles had 1 piece of tape over each lid not around the lid, well.. one of the bottle’s lid was already broken I assumed prior to delivery and caused spillage…ended up with less quantity than paid for. Contacted customer service with radio silence till now. Please own up your mistake and do not send items that are broken.

My order was delayed and I didn’t receive an email or a phone call informing me as to why there was a delay. I had to ring a couple of times and when I eventually got through I was told that the dog kennel I had ordered was damaged when they took it down from storage and that they would have to source the kennel from one of their shops which was ok. When eventually the kennel was delivered it wasn’t the one I had ordered although it is the same make just a different shape. I rang and informed them of this and they did say I could have it returned but I actually needed the kennel so didn’t return it. Customer service needs to be improved.
The product I bought 7 dry dog food is €84.99 here in Ireland but is only £58.99 in the UK which is almost 25% higher. Its not the VAT difference between the 2 countries as Packaged dry dog food in the UK has VAT. As usual, we get ripped off her in Ireland
I went to Petmania in Santry today to buy some Frozzys for my dogs being the warm day that it was 🌞 ! I ended up coming out a very educated dog owner, thanks to the lovely and very professional Carla,the store manager who gave me endless advice… highly recommended 👏

Service was quick. However, one of the items was not correct I ordered 3 Tetra Easycrystal C250/300 with active Carbon. I received 2 Tetra Easycrystal C250/300 and 1 Tetra Easycrystal 250/300 without the active carbon. Other than that it was a great service
