Really good and fast customer service, very satisfied! There was a promotional package that wasn’t included in my delivery due to a problem with the website, however when I contacted customer service they replied within hours and had shipped the package immediately. Ordered items on a Sunday evening and by Tuesday I received everything via A Post. Great prices in comparison to my local city pet shops. It was so easy buying online from Petmania and they offered a really efficient service. Will defo be buying from them again.

I expected post delivery as advertised on your site instead your co used GLS They did not give time of delivery just date most delivery give a time slot. Courier arrived n I had medical appointment so missed them n they left item in local shop causing me an extra charge having paid nearly 6e for delivery of small item. No will not be buying from you again very bad value

What can I say I have a old dog and he’s been so hard to groom but what can I say sandiego in santry is amazing with him and done amazing job I would recommend him to anyone as I be lost as my little pal is so happy and able to do him as he is a hard dog thank you so much thank you 😀🐶🐶🐶🐶
