I recently purchased a product called Denosyl from Petceutics as my dog's liver enzymes were high. He is a rescue and was on this when we got him, and after a few months his levels came right down. I love that the brand is the same as I got from the animal hospital in Melbourne and that they’re almost half the price, I looked at other pet pharmacies and except for the urex everything was cheaper by at least a dollar. My dog became ill in a very short space of time and needed pain medication. I did not have the time to waste, however I only had an email script and most companies required a hardcopy. Unfortunately that would have delayed things substantially. I tried to find a closer alternative, however I was financially limited due to the immediate expense for a gigantic dog and discovered the best pricing was Petceutics. Every person I dealt with was absolutely exemplary in their caring and professionalism. Each step of the process was emailed to me so I would know where it was up to. They were even sent me a return addressed envelope so that I could send the script when I got the hard copy sent to me. I placed the order at Petceutics (Sydney) on the Wednesday afternoon and had the necessary medication in my hands in Brisbane by Friday of the same week. I will be forever grateful for the speed of delivery as my faithful friend died today and I am so pleased he was not in pain at the end.
