I have rung the company a few times and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and polite. I've been buying from Petceutics for awhile. Not only prescription meds but dietary supplements, shampoo, flea, tick and heartworm. They've somehow managed to overcome major postal delays throughout the Covid ordeal. Their products are well priced and their service is fantastic.

Delivery is prompt, the charge for my cat's medication is cheaper than getting it at the vet and is far more convenient having it delivered. Only suggestion is a facility to have vet's script emailed direct to Petceutics so there are no mix-ups with looking for scripts that have been mailed.

Very quick and efficient, had the product within 3 days. My cats are prone to loosing their teeth due to their breed, so to prevent this I mix 'Plaque Off' powder into their wet food each day. So far the Vet says their teeth and gums are perfect.
