The company provided a great product. Dealings with staff were excellent. The three stars is because there was an issue with the delivery _ ? problem occurred from company or courier company - delivered to our organisation without the label showing the department and the package was "lost" for a period of time somewhere in our organisation, impacting on our time deadline. Eventually the package made it to us after being opened.
Communication. I was not confident ordering online, having to pay upfront and not being able to see the colours or sample. After the initial inquiry form all communication was personalized and questions were answered. We were emailed if there was any confusion and the final product was just as I imagine. I am so happy and will use them again.
