Communication from the get go was good. Unfortunately after placing the order, paid samples didn't get deducted off the invoice. Paid for the order as stock was available - turns out, no stock. Offered replacement product is half the size of the original product. All in all, not ideal. Will have to wait.
Print quality is good but the bag quality is not that great. We did choose the most cost-effective option so you pay for what you get. Customer service was outstanding.
