Service was great and quick to receive the items. Logo isn't quite in the correct position and sits under the arm a little. Material quality is a little questionable with already frayed edges and some unstitched areas, but they were cheap. Overall we are happy for the price we paid for them.

The printing of logo and name is excellent unfortunately 9 pens seem to have no ink no matter how many times I scribble with them. They have given me a refund for the pens that don’t work which shows they listen and respond to their clients.
