The slabs were end of line and it stated that they might have storage wear and tear. The order I received had half the flags with stepped tramlines down them. This was not a flaw due to storage but production. I informed the company but got no reply in time and so I used a granite polishing disc to grind the steps out. Also 2 of the slabs had no pattern at all and were just blanks and unusable. My complaint was not dealt with other than requests for more photos and so I had to put the worst flags where furniture would go. The lesson learnt is I won’t buy end of line again and won’t use this company again. Ridiculous response from company noted - I know the top and bottom side of a flag :)
Service was very good and put palet excatly where i wanted them.
This company is a joke we had a bad experience with them last year due to staff lying about items not being in stock & giving us false delivery date, it turns out the manager is refusing to take a new order from us & being very biased. Do not bother with this fake company who are not interested in customers and treating them real bad. They advertise falsely when goods NOT in stock! beware buyers!also the manager is very rude he's not interested in customers someone else has confirmed this previously I would go to another company get better service instead of being fobbed off & lied to regarding delivery dates I have emails as proof...
The paving stones and flags are lovely. Just what we wanted. Delivery was a little tricky and they succeeded on the second attempt. The courier that they used do not have a hyab which really is required for delivering to domestic properties.
Ordered a Rowlinson log store on Sunday, was informed delivery could be 14 to 21 days, which I was fine with. Delivery arrived today, Wednesday, so only three days from order to receipt. Very impressed with Paving Superstore, excellent price, excellent service and would have no hesitation in purchasing from them in the future.
They advertise free samples - well they dont!!!!!! so dont waste your time asking. You do not them, so you shop elsewhere!!!!!!!!

Easy enough to place the order and this is my second order placed with Paving Superstore. Last order came within 5 days of ordering and I got what I ordered delivered to within 5 yards of where the slabs were being lain.

We bought a Kandla grey stone circle. It arrived beautifully packed with two spare sections. It was easy to lay and looks perfect in our garden. From the centre we have a bird feeder which keeps the dropped feed from the garden. It is simple to clean and has kept the lovely colour even through the hot summer. We are very happy with the purchase and the customer service we received. I would recommend the paving Superstore.

Very poor experience. It took 6 attempts to deliver the products. Delivery team were very rude. Customer services of paving superstore were polite but could not give any information as to why products did not arrive. I will never use this website again.
Possibly the worst service I've ever received... Ordered £500+ of patio slabs and given a delivery date - Delivery date came and went, no delivery. Their offices close before the 'last delivery slot' so had no service that day. Phoned after the weekend and was told to receive a call back with an update - Didn't receive. Phoned again next day to be told the courier had 'lost' the pallet of slabs in their warehouse - Go figure - I asked to speak with a manager and eventually the most surly and unpleasant man phoned me. I believe he is the MD and simply made out that it was my fault for not reading their pages of T&C that state a delivery date is optional... The complete unapologetic nature and frustrating poor service received infuriates me. Instead of rectifying the situation, the MD simply ended the call by stating "We'll cancel you order then" What pleasing service! Save yourself an enormous headache and avoid this disastrous business.

Very poor customer service today Ordered some shingle and probase from this store on 3rd. Website suggests 3-5 working day delivery - shingle will be delivered on Monday 16th - not counting the 3rd, thats 9 working days. Customer service that usually speaks is understanding - named Sheree. Her colleague however was very rude. I asked to cancel the order and was met with a change of tone. It is my consumer right to cancel - particularly if the terms of the initial purchase have been broken. Very poor service. Much prefer larger companies like Wickes who deal with this much faster. Lesson learned!
