ParkLet was launched in 2004 to offer an alternative to traditional parking. Parking had, and continues to, become ever more expensive and more difficult to find. Congestion and traffic is on the increase, whilst the government actively discourages the provision of parking spaces to try and encourage people out of their cars and onto crumbling public transport. The founder members had noticed unused private parking spaces in areas where parking was in high demand. ParkLet was created to offer an effective marketplace and management service for the letting of these parking spaces and garages. Over the years the team has grown, and our systems evolved to enable us to become the UK’s leading agent for parking spaces and garages. We currently have in excess of 20,000 spaces advertised to let, across the whole of the UK. Our Landlords include residential clients with a single space, as well as most of the national car park companies and councils, and most things in between. Our aim moving forwards is to remain completely focused on contract parking and garages, and continue to invest in our systems and staff so that we can offer our customers an ever improving experience.

Honestly the worst company to use. They charge you £10 manual payment fees if THEY fail to take a payments from you. They don’t resolve issues in a professional manner. Customer service is disgustingly terrible. I got 2 parking tickets whilst renting a bay with them & I had to pay for them!! They did not help at all! Even the management. You’re better off using any other companies like Yourparkingspace or going out and looking for spaces than ParkLet. Honestly do not use this company, i could probably set up better logistics than how they have.

I am absolutely blown away of this company professionalism. It amazing the you can reserve a space without booking it until you request a viewing. Also they refund you if you encounter any problems or according to the terms and conditions. Also when you need them over the phone it's absolutely a quick answer that will always sort out your problems.
The best thing about Parklet is that they answer the phone, they speak clear English, they understand the issue, and they follow up on it - something very rare now.

I didn't know this company, I was in trouble looking for parking, I discovered this page, everything was very simple and easy, you put your address and you get parking in your area easily, I have loved the experience with you
I have been using these guys for years only because I haven't found any better alternatives. Wouldn't even mind the ongoing (monthly) 25% commission charged but the representatives I've dealt with are inept at best, including Michele, Tom and Naomi. Questions are evaded and misleading information provided. If you find any other company, give them a go instead of Parklet.
I rented a garage from Parklet for several years and when I changed bank accounts one day the direct debit didn’t go through. I set up a new direct debit but they failed to take payment. Next thing I knew the owner of the garage cut open the padlocks on the garage door and all my things worth several thousand pounds were stolen. Parklet then proceeded to blame me for their error. They even went so far as to ban me from using their site. I would not recommend this company to anyone. When something goes wrong they don’t take any responsibility but instead penalise their customers. Stay away.

They pay in arrears and you get the rent monthy plus 1 week jn arrears. I had not been knfored of that fact. It would be better yo get the rent when due within three days. The tenant pays in advance so why do the landlords need to wait?
Made the process of renting out my garage really simple. Great advise and found a tenant very quickly.
