I have recently refitted three bathrooms. For the first two I spent many hours researching different companies to provide the shower, sinks, etc. In the end I ordered from ten different companies. Park Street Bathrooms were notable in providing excellent service. When I came to buy for the third bathroom I realised that Park Street Bathrooms were the cheapest provider for everything I needed. I went ahead buying everything from them, and as before was very happy with their service. Next time I would go straight to Park Street Bathrooms (plus a bit of checking that they were still the best company around). I wholeheartedly recommend Park Street Bathrooms. I don't know how they do it, but their combination of being cheaper than the other firms plus great service is absolutely fantastic.

This was my second large purchase from Park St bathrooms and the products are always excellent and significantly cheaper than most high street suppliers. Support for the products is also excellent should you have any issues. A thoroughly recommended company.
Good range of products and easy to use website. The estimated delivery time was the Sept 3 and the item didn't arrive until Sept 7. Due to an error (not the company's fault), the local pickup shop won't release my parcel to me. I contacted the company by email (no phone customer service) 5 days ago but haven't heard back from them or received any acknowledgement of my request. I didn't mind the extra time for delivery but I do expect faster customer service response, especially since it isn't possible to phone.
They made a couple of mistakes, which can happen to anyone, but they dealt with it so well and you can’t ask for more than that. Thanks for a very professional service. Would definitely use again👌🏻
