Great service - the gentlemen I spoke to in the showroom were super helpful. I needed a Crosswater shower enclosure at short notice and they went out of their way to be helpful and check with Crosswater and their delivery company on timings. The enclosure arrived a day later than originally anticipated but still within the timeframe required. All in all very happy.

Ordered a bath backrest. Arrived well packaged via DPD which is handy as I had to change plans on delivery day and was able to quickly rearrange it online. The rest itself is lovely and as described.

Nothing but trouble from start to finish. Firstly order didn’t arrive when they said it would, then basin was missing got that eventually resolved after me having to chase. Then finally the bath that was delivered looked ok when delivered and as building work starting later stored in house. When builders unpacked bath huge crack down edge! They are now saying they won’t refund despite the fact the goods were clearly damaged when they delivered but not visible due to packaging. Avoid

The delivery was prompt and correct. The fact that my item was delivered on a pallet was not ideal as I live on my own and plumber was not available at the time. It also caused an issue about disposal. However, I had been warned about the pallet delivery and the delivery driver was helpful beyond the call of duty.

I can't praise and thank this group enough, from a great bathroom design, fair pricing and benefit of in house/on site tiling centre. The products are high quality, the staff are a pleasure to deal with and I can't thank them all enough in following up with suppliers during the challenges resulting from Covid. I will be back shortly as I have a downstairs cloakroom to renovate. Excellent service.
