We are very happy with the whole process. We ordered two triangular crystal bowls with engraved logo and dedication. The time from placing the to reviewing the design to receiving the shipment was unexpectedly fast. The bowls arrived in perfect condition in a large, very well cushioned carton. My only suggestion would be to add foam to the individual triangular boxes as one was ripped at the bottom and the other was worn and almost ripped as well. I'm not sure how there was so much wear as the whole carton was so well packed. In any case, the two bowls were in perfect condition and look beautifully. I can't wait to present them to the two recipients next week.

While I know the description listed the colors and appearance may slightly vary, the product I received varied greatly and no longer looked aesthetically pleasing. I’m very dissatisfied with the appearance.
