We have used you guys before and never expected any issues. The first time we picked up the awards the logos looked really messed up. There were bubbles everywhere and some of them had gotten stuck to the plastic so there were some smooth parts. (pics available upon request). There was also paint smudges on the sides. We took them back the second time, Ryan explained having problems with the paint. He went and got the new paint and started work right away. He was beyond helpful and we really appreciate his quickness with rectifying the damage on the 1st round. When we went to pick it up the second time. Most of them were much better, however there were still bubbles and one of them had a thumb print on it as well. This was fixed by Ryan and we took the rest of the order. Overall the quality was not what we anticipated. And as a company who get the same items every year this was disappointing for us to see. To discuss this further the best form of contact is email.

I sent an email to Paradise asking for help in ordering and did not want to pay outrageous shipping and also had very little window for delivery. They placed order and shipped in less than a week. And the glass award was a hit. I will be ordering again but with time on my side this time.

The awards were even more beautiful than anticipated. Quick turnaround and free pick-up option was great. Def will be using again.

Paradise was able to create and send two wards so quickly! They really saved the day.

Trophy came in broken. Was told by the person I was speaking with that they had one in stock to ship out. Got an email later that night saying they actually did not have one in stock. Shipped replacement the night I needed it. Ended up giving away super glued trophy. I know this is the shippers fault it’s falls on Paradise Awards who they trust their shipments with.
