The original trophy that I ordered from Paradise Awards was discontinued so they informed me that another similar trophy was available but it was larger and for the same price. I went with the larger trophy and it was tailor-made for my needs. The design and size is awesome and the price was a dream come true. Also it came in a styrofoam encased box to prevent damage when it shipped.

Quick and high quality!

I ordered an award on Monday morning and had an inscription proof to approve within an hour. The following day was a holiday, so the award shipped Wednesday morning and was at my door on Thursday. In addition, the award is very nice quality and I look forward to giving it to the recipient. I can’t recommend Paradise Awards highly enough!

You guys are rockstars! Wow, amazing customer service is alive and well! I ordered an award on the afternoon of July 3rd for our upcoming annual meeting in Washington DC. We all know how “productive” work environments are the afternoon before a national holiday. No, they are not. Well, Paradise Awards ACTUALLY is as they focus on the customer! That same afternoon, I received the art proof for my approval within the hour. Shortly after I received another email that my order was put into production. The customer service is excellent; I appreciate the prompt response to questions. The opportunity to confirm the engraving was exactly as requested reassured me that the order would be correct. Receiving updates about the delivery and date, AND receiving the item on the date expected was reassuring. The on-line photos accurately reflected the actual item. The selection is broad and the quality is beautiful.

We purchased Optic Mountain Crystal Awards (Large) to recognize the principal and 2 teachers at my daughter’s school for 20 years of service to the school. The awards were gorgeous, and very substantial. Our logo and lettering were beautifully-etched. The ordering process was easy, the turnaround was quick, and the pricing was very reasonable. The awards were presented last night, and everyone was blown away!

Great experience dealing with this company. Good group of guys over there, super cool. We ordered close to 200 trophies for our Little League. They gave us all of the options to look up online, we selected, sent the list of players via email, paid and our order was ready on time. They even loaded the truck for us at pick up. We also requested a special plaque(home plate design) for one of our board members and they came through with a great design. We will definitely do business with them again.
