My award looks like the print job was very off. It is not centered on the plaque. It is disheartening. I would love to speak to someone about a possible remake.

What a great company! I ordered the Oscar trophy for a gift. It is solid, heavy and beautiful. When ordering the engraving they emailed me to verify that what I wanted on it was correct. I changed my mind and let them know. They then verified my second engraving request and sent a picture what it would look like. It was perfect so they made the trophy and told me it would be mailed that Friday. It was and I received it 2 days later. It's perfect!!! I couldn't be happier. Great job guys!!!
