Ordered the large buffalo trophy and was pleasantly surprised (understatement) and the responsiveness and urgency in which Paradise responded. I ordered between the holidays and received my award the following day. This included a couple quick responses on my questions and a quick turn of the proofs. I will absolutely use them again.

When the order was placed, I made a mistake with the spelling of the recipient's name, however, I emailed immediately and asked for the name to be changed to the correct spelling and you responded right away with the information I provided to confirm.
