I made two orders from Oscaro. Both time shipping was fast. First order parts were right fit for my car. This part was one that was hard to find and very expensive but Oscaro had very satisfactory price and free shipping. Parts from second order has not been installed yet, but I believe they are correct.

Unbelievable customer service. Clint Rathfon was probably the best customer liason I have ever come in contact with. Between his caring with making sure that the part was indeed genuine and in stock to the many updates during processing, this is a guy I would recommend to anybody, especially to head up a team.

Do to the amount of labor involved we have yet to install the harness. It dose look like it will fit, however, All the bolt patterns Must match the block bolt points. We have a rebuilt 1995 block installed in a 1988 Chevy Astro van. How my friend cracked the old one we will never know, cracked by the power steering mount, "two different times and two brackets", both were used. So we will see... Ask me next month and I'll let you know how it went. 5/22/2018.

Oscaro has been my primary supplier for all of my family's auto parts needs for the last few years. Shipments have always arrived in a timely manner. Items have always been packaged to protect the items from damage during transit. I have never received damaged or defective goods. The online buying process has always been easy and quick. Except my most recent purchase... In attempted to verify the correct fit of a radiator, I used the online customer support system (first time every). That experience was horrible and a waste of my time! The only help system is not a real person. It will only answer structured questions it asked you and can understand. Them it responds with generic canned responses that point you to products. I needed a real person to verify the correct fitment of that product before I placed my order. This task is not something that the automated system is capable of performing. In all fairness I did receive a human response via email a few hours later as I left a negative review of the interaction. Better late then never, but I was already irritated as I want to place the order before I left for work. I had to wait until the next day and unfortunately it was a Saturday delaying my shipment until Monday.
