I have had bad luck with part numbers and shipping issues , But they did make everything right . That is what really matters. I will probably order from them again in the future ,but i will call in my order to make sure everything is right before hand. Thanks Clay and Dominique you both gave me wonderful service.

Pleasant CSR I spoke to Sep 20 2017. 1st time using Oscaro. Stars may improve as Regional manage Clay Peterson (or Pedersen) is to call me today. 1st problem) exhaust part Bosal 281-831 arrived boxed but damaged. Did not accept it-most likely warehouse shipped a damaged product(both male ball flanges on inlet & outlet were damaged,& thus unable to seal).Box was a bit dented, so is possible damaged in transit, but unlikely. PROBLEM 2) REAR COIL SPRINGS Lesjofors 42 778 10- ordered,listed as in stock, never arrived, Call today,CSR says email sent several days ago, out of stock, & manager said to "release the funds" WOAAA- you said you had it in stock , I paid for it. CSR says "no warehouses(of theirs) have the part. Well, substitute another manuf ! CSR had no effective database to cross reference the part, only had their own parts database. NAPA sure as heck has the cross reference database, One PAYS for this type of database. In 10 minutes I found the info on my own. REAR SUPLEX Coil Spring 29026 crosses to the Lesjofors 42 778 10, and Lesjofors own catalog lists the proper spring as 4277819, trade #24686841, EAN#7394410105725. The front springs they sold me are SUPLEX 47-78-791. TheSuplex catalog lists the front spring as Suplex 29026. The 47-78-791 number used by Oscaro is the Saab OE part number. They SHOULD list the SUPLEX p/n also, to add transparency to exactly what SUPLEX coil spring they are selling. ATTN: Clay - the Suplex rear coil spring is Suplex #29026- if you cannot get the Lesjofors spring you said you had in stock & sold to me & are now saying "no warehouse has it"- well Suplex 29026 will do as a substitute, and there are plenty of Lesjofors and SUPLEX springs available in the USA in the p/n's I need. To say that "no warehouse has it" is absurd. As I told the CSR, if it was NAPA, they would GET THE PART by taking an affirmative action. The CSR said "warehouse does not have it" as if that was their only obligation, like re-ordering an out-of-stock part is not the NORMAL COURSE OF BUSINESS ??? I have wholesale accounts with other companies & get get the arts for comparable prices. But OSCARO is puhing for market share in the USA (ie -top search results for a GOOGLE search-this is bought & paid for search results). I wanted to give them a chance & they used Hurricane IRMA to market a promo at 25% off your order & a small donation to hurricane victims with each order. So how OSCARO handles my situation is sort of a vetting process for a new company trying to take market share in a very competitive biz. Their parts reference & cross reference data seems lacking at this point of my experience. And exactly WHICH SUPLEX FRONT COIL SPRING they said fit my 1999 Saab 93 SE convertible & sent me remains to be seen. But the CSR said it would arrive today. CSR very pleasant & sent my concerns up to the regional manager Clay. Will wait to see how this is handled.

Orderd bellow kit for steering. The box inside the shipping box had packing tape on it, though had been cut. Inside was one bellow not two. Customer service would only take message to pass on. Customer service sent email within 10 minutes stating I didn't answer my phone and could not leave message. Not so. Very disappointed in the customer service.

When I purchased my parts they did not have the quantity I needed in stock and it was a little difficult finding out when they could get more parts. Their customer service was hit an miss, sometime my emails were answered immediately and some took a days to respond to.

Order 4 Steel wheels for my police interceptor 3 of them had flatspots on the outside rim , had to straighten them to be used .

ordered 2 struts too heavy for one box forgot to ship 2nd strut called 2 times 3 emails 2 online chats week later finally got 2nd strut remember this the pain and agony live long after the cheap price is forgotten
