Because I found out that I had a possible problem with the brake system on the front of my 2008 Chevy HHR LT, I received a notice from one of your service folks. This fellow discovered that The calipers I received from Oscaro.com for the above mentioned 2008 Chevy HHR LT were possibly not the proper parts. I may have ordered the wrong calipers or possibly there was a mistake somewhere in the order.? The calipers that I received were for a 2008 Chevy HHR SS which are very similar but not the exact calipers for my 2008 Chevy HHR LT. After I Installed these units I found out that the rotors I had Installed were not a proper fit. A local Brake service told me that just using larger diameter rotors were all that was necessary and all would be OK. I mentioned this to one of your service folks and he looked into it and within about 24 hours said that this rotor change might not be a proper and safe thing to do. I have received a proper set of calipers and purchased new rotors for the car and the brakes feel very good now! I am very, pleased about how Oscaro.com conducted this situation. Had the parts I needed at a reasonable price. They were delivered quickly and accurately.

Have had multiple flawless transactions with Oscaro, and although this latest order had issues, they did work to resolve them positively, although not in a timely manner. Had an order show up missing a needed part that I paid for. Took 5 days of back and forth emails to get it sent out to me, and when they did send it, it wasn't overnighted, leaving me without a car for nearly 10 days. Should have been something they took care of immediately with an overnight drop ship. However, after the fact they did realize their multiple failures and offered me a substantial discount on my next order, which was a strong good faith gesture. Parts quality is outstanding, and when I've needed warranty replacement, they've stood behind their parts and replaced them without any issue. I will continue to be a customer.
