Although I have received two very good belts from this company, I have had to return two belts and so far I have been unimpressed with their return process. They advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee, however I had to pay for the return shipping and I have not received an explanation regarding the breakdown charges of my return.

This leather belt is good quality, the thickness, but the width is less my expectation, same with my old belt, I want more than 1.5 inch. But any way I bought already. When I bought it price already up $ 5. For this quality and the price is expensive. I seen in levi's store with canadian money for price only $25, the leather belt same thickness and more width, great buckle and maybe the lather quality little bit less. I satisfied with this products.

I've bought a number of belts from them and I expect them to last longer than I will.

My husband is very satisfied with his new belt. Very good quality. We are both happy. That it is made in the USA. It also shipped fast.

I bought 3 belts: black, dark brown, and burgundy. All three are well-made. They were made and shipped relatively quickly. My only complaint is that the dark brown is significantly darker than the picture on their website. In reality, it's so dark it's nearly indistinguishable from the black belt. Seriously, I could wear it with black pants and no one would notice. It kind of defeats the purpose of buying a belt to match your shoes. Who has "dark brown" shoes this dark? I do have a pair of shoes the same color as the belts on their website listed as "dark brown" though. I couldn't very well send it back because I suppose it is the color I ordered; it certainly is dark. It just doesn't look like the picture. If not for this issue, I would have rated them a 5.

I bought a latigo leather belt and love it. It looks great, is classy, and will never die. Get you one!

I am very pleased with the belt that I received and the speed of the transaction... looked just like what I wanted, and is very high quality. Received the item earlier than expected for something that's custom which was a welcome treat. Definitely recommended!

My husband was very pleased with his new belts. They look wonderful, and the quality is outstanding. The buckles, however, are not of the same caliber and look cheap, especially the black one. It would be nice if the customer could choose the buckle option he prefers when selecting the leather. Service was quick and the overall product appears that it will last for many years. I hope so: he's pretty hard to shop for!
