Order arrived promptly, quality was excellent and the belt will clearly last me a long time. Only feedback is to add a prominent sizing guide to the website. I ordered my size and it fits but thought it would pass the buckle a bit more; recommend ordering one size (inch or two) up. Bottom line: better belt than I've bought anywhere; moreso considering the very reasonable price. Bravo Orion!

Plan to exchange item for duplicate product. Product was defective, not acceptable for sale as far as I am concerned. I am giving this company one more chance to make things right. Besides this problem, shopping and shipping experience was fine.

Expedite shipped me the correct size belt without charging me for it and let me hang on to the old one for a few days just in case the new one doesn't show up in time. That never happens. I screwed up, they went out of their way to fix MY problem and it only cost me $5.50 in shipping. Every belt i purchase from now on will be from them.

PRODUCT IS GOOD BUT THE RETURN POLICY IS TOO EXPENSIVE AND COST PROHIBITIVE. THE PRODUCT IS AT THE UPPER END OF THE PRICE SPECTRUM AND BECOMES TOO EXPENSIVE TO RETURN.

The belt has been excellent so far, even exceeding my expectations really. It is very thick and the sizing that they gave on the website was very helpful. My only complaint was that I paid more for two day shipping, which didn't end up happening. It took them two days until after I had ordered it to even ship it, then the usps 2 day shipping took 3 days.
