Customer service is non-existent. I learned that there's a 10% restocking fee and I have to pay the return shipping. As for satisfaction guaranteed well it's not like Amazon which is where you can find Hanks brand (excellent) with free returns and 100 year warranty.

I ordered a brown belt last August and then a black belt in October. The quality was very good on both belts. However, as others have noted, they are not dressy enough to wear with a suit. They are great for casual wear. After just 4 months, the finish wore off much of the buckle of the most recently purchased belt. I sent an email with a photo of the buckle and they responded that they are sending me a replacement buckle. So far, so good.

I am very happy with the quality of the product I ordered: American Made 1 1/2" Medium Brown Oil Tanned Latigo Leather Belt, Size: 38. The belt color was very dark when I received it -- almost black, but clearly a very dark brown when viewed outside in the sunlight. I sent an inquiry with photos, but never receive a response. I was too busy to worry about it, but a response would have been helpful because I held off on purchasing another belt from Orion. I think I'll try another belt -- it's been a year now. I'll let you know how it goes.

Poor customer service. Charged me a "restocking fee" for a return though I wasn't warned, never agreed to it, and the told me it was actually a penalty because they had to hand make my order. This violates the UCC. Tried to settle through email. That don't care about customers. I recommend you do business with another company.

Purchased two: 1 1/4" Men's black Latigo Leather Dress Belt and 1" Walnut Re-Tanned Leather Dress Belt, 3-piece buckle set old nickel. The rivets are oversized and the doubled up belts at the buckle end are quite thick. The hardware belt retainers and prongs are lose - something I've never seen in a well-made belt. When the belt is buckled the hardware is stable. I wouldn't consider either belt suitable for business dress, but they're fine for casual wear.

I ordered two belts. When I received them, they were exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately, one of the belts did not fit so I had to exchange it. The exchange instructions were clear and I was promply notified that the returned belt was received and the replacement sent out. This is the second time I've meade purchases from Orion Leather. The belts I got were fine quality genuine leather and were reasonably priced. I expect them to be in use for many years to come.

The size fits perfectly, the quality has lead me to purchase a wallet from Orion as my current wallet is starting to fall apart. Would buy again.

It's a little early to be sure but the service and the belt itself seem terrific. I have only had the belt 2 weeks but I can tell this is a beauty! The service is professional and friendly - No sooner had I ordered the belt than I decided I had ordered it too large. I called in a panic and changing the size was a snap. Highly recommend - have asked for a black belt for Christmas!

I was able to select the exact belt that I wanted. The instructions regarding the correct way to measure for size were clear and easy to follow. The shipping was quick and on time. The product was of the absolute high quality desired and I know that I will be wearing this belt for a long time to come!

Second belt from Orion. I've had the first one for years now and it shows no sign of wear. Ages well and looks great. Happy to pay the price for the good quality, knowing it will hold up vs. time. Thanks and Cheers.

Have been looking for a good all around belt that goes with anything and I have found it. The quality is better than average and the weave in color is a great looking belt.

I purchased a belt in July and was very happy to see a well made product made in the USA. I have been exercising and watching what I am eating and have lost a significant amount of weight. Enough so that I needed to remove at least four inches from the belt. In September, I needed a black belt and ordered one online. I spoke with the customer service and was told I would be able to send the other belt back for resizing, which I did and I was able to have both belts returned to me for the same shipping that I was paying for the new one. When I got the product both belts were now to the correct size, however the resized belt the second nickel button snap was not completely seated on the leather of the belt. I wrote an email to ask why and I have not received any correspondence from the company. It is now 13 days since I have heard anything from the company, I am receiving sales promotion emails from them.

Well made leather belt that takes a few days to make and was delivered on time. I heard good things about the company but am waiting to see how the belt lasts 2+ years from now. So far so good.
