Really great all round. Good pre sales support on the phone when I had a detailed query. Then very quick delivery and amazing packaging and the lights themselves are incredible.

I have not yet received the items I purchased, it has been more than a month since I bought them. There are problems with the courier service, they have not provided complete information or explanation of additional import costs

Bonjour nous sommes le samedi 23 décembre et je veins de me casser le nez en trouvant boutique fermée à St Germain des Prés. Évidemment pas d’indication sur place sur une éventuelle modification d’horaire ni sur Google: ouverture à 11h heures. Les congés sont indiqués à partir du 26 décembre. Bref cela exaspère de la part d’une marque quand même haut de gamme installée dans un quartier touristique en plus. C’était la seule porte close de la rue ce matin. Je voulais acheter un lampadaire, cela ne va peut être pas durer. Commentaire sans rapport aucun avec la qualité des produits que je connais. Dommage.

Don’t get me wrong, the light is beautiful. However the shade arrived dented and one of the parts was threaded incorrectly. I was challenged by customer service for on whether I was attempting to attach the shade correctly in spite of sending a video. A new shade was sent but not a new threaded piece. I then re-requested the threaded piece and it was sent via slow post. I then re-re-requested the threaded piece since the previous one was so delayed. This time it was fed exed. Now all is complete and the light is operational. It looks fantastic. Customer service was kind enough, I’m just surprised that it took a month to make it right for a light that costs so much.

The light that we purchased was very expensive for a floor lamp and came with a floor pedal switch in a position on the cord where it can not touch the floor. Just disappointed that the product was not better described at the time we ordered it.

Very quick!

BTC products are really nice, well made and have a lovely heritage...but some back office systems/ administration issues. On two occasions I have had no order confirmation and on the most recent occasion it took a while to find the online order that had been placed with money having left my account. Not very reassuring despite friendly customer service.
