I was struggling to place an order on the website. The amazing customer service lady processed my order. There was a four week lead time but because of travel arrangements I needed the goods earlier. I had them in two days. Unbelievable service and the quality of the product is astounding.

Well Sarah was great as my light could not be fixed on the wall, it needed more secure fitting. I contacted Sarah last Thursday, she was very helpful and understanding and said she would dispatch the extra bracket my outside light needed. I am still waiting for that bracket,hence my light is still not fixed.

Excellent service quality second to none amazing designs

I strongly advise against engaging with this company under any circumstances. They release products that are essentially unfinished prototypes, and subsequent updates leave customers with the bitter feeling of having purchased an expensive trial version. My specific incident involves the purchase of the Shard Chandelier at the end of 2022, installed only in November 2023. Upon setting up the light, it became evident that it looked peculiar, with visible bulbs and a cheap-looking frame visible from every angle. Upon comparing my light with the product on the website, it was apparent that Original BTC acknowledged the design flaws by making subsequent changes and covering the whole bottom of the light with glass. Seeking a resolution, I contacted the company to inquire about upgrading my light to enhance its appearance. I expressed a willingness to pay for a frame upgrade while retaining the 'bone chine handmade in Britain' feature, provided it could be offered at a reduced cost. To my dismay, I was offered the option to purchase only the frame and fittings for almost £2.3k!!!, making the 'bone china handmade in Britain' a feature the company proudly promotes and built their fame on, ironically the least expensive part of the light that's worth not even £400. Given this experience, I strongly discourage others from making any purchases from this company. It seems they may still be refining their designs, and potential changes could leave customers with disappointment and minimal accountability on the company's part.

Absolutely brilliant service! The Customer Service team were extremely helpful in arranging for our delivery to Germany. The Alma lamp arrived meticulously packed, is an engineering and design marvel and is bringing us utter joy when we look at it in our room.
