I initially visited Optimum to ask about a repair to an integrated washing machine. They recommended an independent engineer as they didn't service the brand, but it was uneconomical to repair. Optimum then visited before I made the purchase to check measurements and also address my concerns about the fitted cabinets. Following purchase, their install service was excellent, but struggled to get the cabinet door fitting to line up again afterwards. It took a while, but they persevered and eventually got it right. It was all handled very professionally and in good humour. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
