Everyone is absolutely amazing . From buying a fridge/freezer online one day and then getting a phone call straight away, to say they could deliver it the next day; a weekend. The men who delivered it, put it in the room and levelled it and were so nice. Also no packaging for me to get rid of.

Helpful assistants, and excellent price from a local supplier - price couldn't be beaten on the internet. The installers were quick, clean and helpful.

Very helpful staff, happy to patiently explain the products. Ordered goods were stored until it was convenient for them to be delivered. Delivery was then speedily arranged and delivery men were very accomodating. All round excellent service.

The shop staff were great and extremely helpful. The delivery was on time. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because we bought 2 ex-display ovens but were disappointed that they were delivered without proper protection. The lower half had no covering. Otherwise excellent.

Just started using Optimum, our company - Absolutely Kitchens Bedrooms and Bathrooms, has only moved to the area recently. The whole team at Optimum have been so helpful and efficient, its been good to work with them. They even managed to deliver an appliance the day it came in, to help us on a job, thanks to all involved... I would heartily recommend them

Excellent customer service. I needed a new integrated fridge freezer (which was quite an unusual size) to replace one that was 12 years old. Optimum came out first of all and checked the size of our old fridge freezer and then sourced a replacement with the exact specifications I wanted, at a very good price. However just to double check it would fit, they came out and measured everything again before I placed the order. Then when it arrived, they fitted it so that I didn't need to have any alterations made to the doors, even although the fixings were completely different. I would recommend buying your appliances here as you will get a personal service at a very competitive price - the internet is not always cheaper! Many thanks for making the changeover seem so effortless.
