Appliances took 4 weeks to arrive, despite being told that they would be available in the next week when we purchased. There was no comunication unless we called Optimum. Fitters however were excellent.
The Optimum fit-out team have gone out of their way to help fit 2 new integrated appliances into an existing kitchen, returning twice to site to assist.

Staff were efficient and polite with knowledge of the products on sale that enabled us to make an informed choice about two key items for our kitchen. The after sales information about when the delivery would be able to take place was also very courteous. The delivery staff cheerful and careful. We have used this branch of Euronics before and would do so again.
