Been using Optibac for Women on and off for years. Brilliant for BV and keeping lady areas balanced. Just subscribed to several items and will add the Women one too when they run out. Optibac give you all the information you need on their website to make a decision about whats best for you. My hubby and I are just about to embark on the One Week Flat followed by Saccharomyces Boulardii to see if this helps to trim our bloated bellies as we've been eating far too many goodies recently even though we eat really well 95% of the time. Plus I've bought the Every Day to use daily in conjunction with my Woman. All now on subscription which will certainly ensure I don't treat it like a fad! Optibac are a quality company that work hard to give you the information you need. I wouldn't trust any other brand.
