I have been using Optibac for women for a year now after suffering recurrent uti' s every month due to menopause. Antibiotics issued every time for it just to keep happening and happening. Since taking these every day I haven't had one. If I ever feel a twinge I double my dose for a few days and then I'm fine. I would never be without them they have saved me from misery and suffering which is what I experienced before I discovered these magic little pills.
