Bought Optibac probiotics for my 97 year old Mum, and she seems to have tolerated well, even said she's sleeping better. Usually she won't try any supplements as she says she doesn't tolerate, but Optibacs are having positive impact on Mum, so 👍. Recommend and will purchase again
I bought Optipac probiotic Every day Max to improve my digestion and maybe also decrease gas produced during the digestion. But nothing has changed. No improvement at all. There is no before and after. But I can’t blame directly the probiotic maybe it is just because it is not the correct probiotic for me ?

Optibac saved my life. I have suffered with horrendous gut health for 2 and a half years that was literally destroying my life, although not diagnosed (as I'm not big on going to the doctors, stupid I know) it had all the hallmarks of very bad IBS (according to Dr Google) I'm not joking when I say I'd not had a proper solid poo in all that time, not to mention the bloating etc, horrific it was. I tried loads of different probiotic products, Actimel, Biokult, Boots extra strength you name it, none of which really had any positive effect, maybe alleviated the symptoms slightly but that's all. I was at my wits end but had seen Optiac come up on searches many times so thought I'd give it a go, it was my last throw of the dice, the last chance saloon and OH MY DAYS!!! I'd found it, my miracle cure my life saver. The very next day I awoke feeling better, no bloating no urge to rush to the toilet, this is on day one. Its been 3 weeks now and I feel almost completely back to normal and am having proper solid poo's again first time in 2.5 years. All I can say is if you're suffering like I was, give this stuff a go. I know everyone is different and its a case of finding the thing that works for you but I personally can't recommend Optibac enough. And as an added bonus its very reasonably priced compared to other probiotic products. So that just leaves me to say THANK YOU OPTIBAC I wish I had tried you first.!
