Product arrived on time, professionally packed ready to use. Currently taking product & too early to assess the quality but I imagine that it's all good & have a fall back with the company should I not be satisfied but I don't think I will need that service.

I have received regular deliveries of Everyday probiotics for some while and find they really help my gut health. However, when I delayed a delivery due to being on holiday the subscription failed which was not noticed by Optibac. Once I contacted Optibac they were very helpful but explained I would have to cancel and re-do my subscription, a bit of a hassle, so I hope this technical glitch can be resolved.
This makes me feel less bloated and heavy. There's no after taste which I like

My order was delivered into a post box . The delivery person photographed this so I know it was there . When I checked the box was gone !. Optibac has repleced this order without any question . £ 52 worth ! I really apprecite this and think this is a very fine policy and they are to be congratulated
I don't know why, but I haven't received my order or had a response after asking where my order is at?? I paid extra for express delivery and that was 5 days ago. This isn't really on, my order was £40+ with delivery £50. What the heck is going on? Poor customer service to not even get back to via email after asking where my order is??
